
My goal as a coach is to help you uncover your best self, whether that means cleaning up your eating, training for a race or maybe getting to the bottom of your never ending to do list. I use my skills as an educator, background in psychology and experience with training for long distances races to help you create and set goals.
I use a combination of structured, personally tailored plans and intuition based question and answer sessions to help guide you along the path to your better self.
